As General Manager since Colletta’s opening, Joseph “Joe” Bee leads the Cary team of more than 20 while setting the standard for gracious hospitality, professionalism in the industry and excellence in service. Bee is responsible for everything from implementing innovative systems to personalizing service for every guest. A decade of experience as a server at Raleigh favorites and General Manager in a variety of service styles – from Blast Burgers and Café Murrayhill to celebrated Chef Ethan Stowell Seattle restaurants – has enabled him to excel in his role in the Triangle’s popular Fenton location where Colletta is open for both lunch and dinner. Prior to returning to North Carolina to guide the opening team at Colletta, Bee honed his leadership and business skills as General Manager at Stowell’s Rione XIII – known as the “Best Italian Food in Seattle.” When you visit Cary’s Colletta, notice the smiling team, confident service, and manager speaking to guests, and be sure to welcome him back to his home state.  Under Bee’s leadership, Cary Magazine awarded Colletta “Best New Restaurant” and The News Observer among the “Best New Triangle Restaurants of 2022.”
